The Editing Process: Day 2

Firstly, I added a Youtube Template of 17 seconds since the vlogs of our main character were short and not too long hence I found that the 17 second template would be the most realistic. I, further, aligned the time with the the timeline of the vlog. 

Furthermore, I added the "LEAVE" text on the title to create a sense of tension and a type of warning to the audience for the vloggers hence I felt the need to add it with the glitch effect I chose. 

I added  suspenseful music and void sounds to give the film a sense of uneasiness and it also contributed to the enigma. 

I also added the glitches to when the main character suddenly looks into the camera. 

Moreover, I added the creaking sound of the closet when the closet opens. 

In additon, I also used a sound bridge between the shadow scene and the main character waking up, I used a sound similar to the heartbeat or knocking. 

I had to edit and mask a lot of scenes, mainly the vlog (POV shots) due to the director's hand movements interfering with the scenes. 

Lastly, for the end, I created the sequence and added suspenseful music as well as added the same knocking sounds at the end.
