Re shoot: Day 3
As soon as Arousha came, we quickly shot the scene in which she wakes up and goes to pick up the doll. Here I, again, wanted to use the torch light as well as hints of blue light. I wanted her to pick up the doll and then shine the torch on the/ above the camera, indicating that she is looking at something.
As the Makeup Artist for the re shoots, I did Arousha's makeup inspired by "Uncanny Makeup".
I got crafty and by using a the cardboard from a paper towel roll, I shone the light from it, creating a circle lighting on the closet.
With the help of my sister, I did the camera work and she held the circle light, slightly shaking it towards the closet, indicating that the main actress is scared.
We shot the last scene of Arousha coming out of the closet representing that its not her, rather its someone who looks like her but somethings not right.
Day 3 ended successfully with me shooting all the scenes.
During all of the scenes being shot from Day 1 of the re shoots, I had kept in touch with my team members via Whatsapp and at the time, they showed no criticism.
