Camera work: How to use the DSLR
Today, we were given an introduction on how to use a DSLR camera.
Using this website from canon, https://canon.ca/CanonOutsideOfAuto/play, we were able to understand how exposure works in depth.
Using this website, i was able to grasp the concept that higher F numbers correspond to smaller aperture openings, resulting in reduced light intake.
Moreover, I was also able to understand that if the exposure meter is on 0 then it will be optimal. We can change the exposure, if we increase it then the aperture will also increase.
The Aperture also blurs the background. If the F number is high then we can see the foreground and the background.
The Depth of Field is the area of the picture within focus (sharp focus).
